Meet Julie

Julie is a registered nurse with years of experience caring for new mothers and newborn babies. After completing her studies in lactation and passing IBLCE boards, she has spent the last decade empowering breastfeeding families, mentoring new IBCLCs, helping hospitals build and maintain their lactation programs and providing breastfeeding education to hundreds of families. 

She regularly attends conferences and educational offerings to stay current in her specialty.  She has been a conference guest speaker and she is a co-author of a study showing the correlation of employing lactation consultants in the hospital with increased hospital breastfeeding rates.
